Ana and Miguel, 1987
Three Generations of Baking
It began in 1987, when Doña Ana first opened her small storefront on the edge of El Paso. She brought nothing but a few rolling pins, her grandmother's handwritten recipe book, and a dream to feed the neighborhood like her own family.
For over 35 years, those same ovens have been at the heart of our family. Today, Ana's grandchildren carry on the tradition, measuring flour by hand and ensuring every pan dulce has that signature hint of cinnamon and nostalgia.
"At Doña Ana's, you aren't just a customer; you're part of the legacy that defines our city."
We believe that bread is more than just food; it's a bridge to our past and a gift to the future generations of El Pasoans. Whether it's your first concha or your thousandth, we welcome you home.
